What we collect

Your account email, the health and dosing information you choose to log (doses, weights, side effects, notes), and basic technical data needed to run the service. You control what you log.

How we use it

To run Fyxel: syncing your record across your devices, computing your charts and reminders, and answering your support requests. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or pharmaceutical companies.

Where it lives

Your account data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) using encryption in transit and at rest. Subscriptions are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.

The assistant

Questions you send to the in-app assistant are processed to generate a response, along with relevant parts of your logged record. They are not used to train third-party models and are not sold.

Your rights

Export your complete record as a CSV at any time (Settings → Manage My Data), and permanently delete your account and all data from the same screen. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
